1.DESIGN COUNSELLING

Design counselling entails collaborative meetings as our occasional service.

1.1.counselling contents: It consists of providing ideas of colour, space/location and form at the place given by the client.

1.2 counselling price: 50.000 HUF/occasion + VAT

1.3.participation at the purchasing 12.500 HUF/hour  + VAT

2.DESIGN PLANNING

During the planning process the customer and the designer consult at least three times. On-site survey and mapping of ideas and needs happen to be at the first meeting. At the second meeting we arrange on the basis of the outline plan (architectural and interior design/furnishing plan). At the third time we arrange on the basis of the contract plan (vizualizations and technical schemes). The construction plan which is the final design document entails the final vizualization designs and the complete detailed drawings for all contractors.

The design planning includes the site survey, technical drawings, vizualizations for which we also provide material samples in all case. For licensing we enclose detailed description of the final design and supervision is provided five times during the construction work.

The design documentation includes all the technical drawings, construction plans and vizualizations made by our firm.

2.1. design content

• architectural and restructuring plans,
• interior design/furnishing design (ground plan, site design),
• mechanical and electric drawing,
• floor design (floor, wall),
• individual built-in furniture plan (floor,built-in furniture, etc. ...)
• lighting design, light allocation (ground plan, site design)

vizualizations

• 3D depictions (only of the major sites)

material samples

• recommendations and providing help for selecting the textiles (curtain, carpet, decor textile)
• decoration, recommendation in decoration (wallpaper, wall surfaces, stones, wood surfaces, etc. ...)

description of design plan (where necessary  for licensing/authorization)

supervision (5 occasions on average)

2.2. plan documentation content

outline plan ( architectural and furnishing plan; 1 copy for the Customer, 1 copy for the Designer)

contract plan (vizualizations and technical drawings; 1 copy for the Customer, 1 copy for the Designer)

construction plan (final vizualizations and detailed drawings for all contractors; 1 copy for the Customer, 2 copy for the Contractor)

payment timing (complex planning 100%):

1. preliminary work, interview, site survey 10%

2. outline planning 20%
